If you have changed your quantity to a quantity below minimum ordering quantity or order increment for that particular product, your order will not be processed. Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee, due to added fees incurred in order to complete the order. Rush items are not returnable unless damaged, then they will be exchanged only.

*If your products ordered totals $300 before taxes and shipping, we will pay the US ground shipping costs, up to $50. This does not apply to 3day, 2day, 1day, only US ground. Your total will be adjusted manually and your credit card will be charged for the correct amount.

If you ordered chocolate, there is a mandatory warm weather shipper from the months of March through October or warm weather areas anytime of the year($10), per box, For all chocolates, your shipment must go at least 3 day. This is because the chocolates will melt! If you don't want the warm weather shippers, please contact us via email to let us know that you will accept responsibility without the warm weather shipper.
We are on the East Coast., but some products ship from the West Coast. Chocolates are recommended to ship 3 day shipping or quicker. If you choose ground, you are accepting responsiblility for melting.
